We had an overnight as part of my partners birthday celebrations. We enjoyed a lovely cold bottle of wine delivered to our on arrival ...just to set us up nicely for our delicious 2 course meal . Everything was first class .The room was beautiful with a comfy bed. The staff were friendly . Can't fault anything .Everything was first class !!!

Telephone in room not working. Meal was meant to pakora it was in fact tempura. Husband sent his chicken back as it was still pink, same meal came back out 15 mins later and husband refused this.

Had a lovely couple of nights at The Fenwick Hotel this week. Food lovely, although service in the Dining Room at night shambolic due to young untrained waiting staff causing confusion. Instead of multiple people running to and fro in the evening it may be an idea to train juniors during Breakfast service, this would less stressful, where it is self service to a point, and give help to the ‘1 waitress

short visit to ayrshire coast and have to say this was a bright spot for the journey lovely hotel ,staff very friendly and helpful . food was to die for great portions and all cooked to perfection had both the evening meal and breakfast would highly recommend loved it

Very poor food at dinner limited menu and had to send food back as seemed off .Went to bar and couldn't get tails as advertised as blender had broke and hadn't been replaced would not stay again very dated throughout wallpaper hanging off in corridors would not recommend

Very nice overnight stay here. Great value for money. Staf friendly and helpful. Room was large and clean. Food was very good also but because it was buffet style it wasn’t as hot as we would like. Would definitely stay again

Another visit here friendly staff especially at breakfast. Disappointing main course had to take carvery as my choice was unavailable. Turkey was good but the ham not nice. Breakfast was excellent as usual.

The staff were very professional and helpful and could not do enough for you. The food was excellent also. I would recommend this hotel. The room was very clean and tidy. My only problem was with it being so close to M77 it was too noisy to open a bedroom window.

First time booker and very impressed, Booked fenwick hotel (mid week) bottle wine on arrival dbb wow what great vaule it was from start to finnish couldnt fault anything all staff welcoming,freindly smartly dressed Bedrooms were spotless. Choice of bath or shower only booked double was fantastic beds comfy. Dinner set menu due to being deal but had plenty to choose from yet again fantastic service overall will deffo book again and return to fenwick hotel

A reasonable Hotel but not in the best location. Rooms ok. Food good. Staff friendly. Restaurant staff, although friendly and attentive, would benefit from additional training. Unfortunately the wine '21 Rose' included in the offer was unpalatable.

Had a really nice time. All staff were lovely and food was excellent. Our room ( 11 ) faced the motorway and was really noisy with the window open as it was scorching outside but better with it closed, wish I could have left it open all night. Our curtains didn't close properly due to the slanted ceiling each end of the window. Breakfast was buffet style and also really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed for one night on Saturday the 10th June, check in was quick and easy, got checked in early. Food was delicious in the restaurant. Staff friendly. Two issues, there was a wedding on and the girl asked if we minded if she closed the bar we were sitting in at 10.40pm as she was short staffed and wanted to cash up the till, wasn’t a massive issue. Then we headed up to room 15 which was one of the nosiest rooms I have stayed in, called reception but couldn’t move rooms as hotel was was full. If you are looking for a peaceful, restful night may I suggest you request a quiet room when booking this hotel. Myself & my husband hardly slept a wink and that was with earplugs in.
