Great value stay. Receptionist phoned before our stay to check dinner reservation and wine choice. Friendly efficient checkin. Wine delivered to our room shortly afterwards in ice bucket. Room was lovely and beautifully clean. Rooms are very near the motorway so you may need earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Dinner was a starter and a main from a short dbb menu and had plenty of choice for us. Breakfast was usual lukewarm buffet. If you ask for a fried or poached egg it may be some time before it comes. Not much choice by way of pastries or fruit but still fabulous value at £89. Friendly staff everywhere and wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Enjoyed our stay, hotel staff were very friendly , especially reception. Only negative was 1 of the main meals (the steak pie )was very dry and chips appeared to be reheats.

Lovely hotel.. although not a great sleep. The hotel sits by a motorway. Definitely not double glazing in the bedrooms. Such a busy motorway.. so if your a light sleeper this hotel is not for you.

Had a lovely time at fenwick hotel. Staff were excellent. Room was nice with view over garden bathroom needed a bit tlc but comfortable and clean. Choice limited on sunday menu but enjoyable.

A brilliant deal of Dinner b&b with a bottle of wine in the room for under £100. A large room with a super king bed. Public areas in the hotel were modern and very nice. The hotel is right next to busy motorway, and was quite noisy , but it was fine for me when the window was closed. Breakfast was lovely. Something for everyone and lots of it.

Had a lovely overnight stay with dinner and breakfast. No complaints at all about the meals, food we had was all really nice. Only fault was heating on in room and not needed and room was beside a busy road so couldn’t keep the window open. Would definitely return though.

Enjoyed our stay, though room was boiling, could have done with a fan. Had to open the window all night, which in turn was obviously very noisy due to traffic.

Absolutely loved it,food amazing both evening meal and breakfast had plenty to choose from all freshly cooked,lovely tails too starburst tail was my favourite,room was perfect as well had everything we needed we were right next to by pass but once window was closed could still here it but didn’t stop my sleep,beds very comfortable,staff very friendly especially receptionist went out of her way to help us,will definitely go back,only thing that was a downside was the bin at front door was cigarette ends in it spoils the entrance to hotel as rest of entrance is beautiful

Absolutely amazing value for money. The rooms, the staff, the decor and especially the food, all top class. Our room was overlooking the motorway but was not affected by the noise at all. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

Really enjoyed our stay and have booked again in September Rooms are good size and we enjoyed the stay. Would be nice if there was entertainment on but we went out for dinner on the second night All in all we had a good experience

Lovley overnight stay all staff lovley welcoming and nothing a bother to them except one waitress in the restraunt whom took or payment for drinks at end of our meal very ignorant and needs to express her thoughts less through her facial expressions if looks could kill over all the dbb deal is great value for money

The Bar and restaurant area modern decor was nice and food was very good quality and value as part of the deal. The staff were young and pleasant. Only downside was the room was on the side close to the motorway and was warm but due to the road noise when the wind was open there was no way to let air in and try to sleep at night. Definitely ask for a room on the left hand side of the hotel and the back so you’ll not suffer as much as with the traffic noise. Value for money was great and a different room would have made a huge difference.

Stayed for one night It was a lovely hotel with brilliant staff the bar was nice and quiet,the restaurant was excellent and both the evening meal and breakfast were perfect. Very large room and the bed was very comfortable. Can't recommend this hotel enough

First class hotel. Can't fault it. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms large, clean and well furnished. Meals lovely, great choice, well cooked and (very) large portions. We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, quiet break. We will certainly return.

Staff and food were fantastic. Value for money. However, dirty pillows and duvet and dirty replacement pillows were a let down and were unusable. Moved room but still dirty pillows. Hotel didn't reply to emails following visit.
