We arrived at the Hotel after a long drive. We got a warm welcome at reception where we were quickly booked in and everything about our stay was explained. The room was lovely. Warm and clean with a view of the snow covered mountains in the distance. We ate on the first night in the conservatory. Food was good but limited in choice hence why we gave a score of 9. Breakfast was excellent cooked to order and served by friendly staff. This was all we look for in a break away. Friendliest hotel we have stayed in for a while. We will definetly be back. Well done the staff at Craigmonie.

first o if I'd known that the swimming pool was not fully functional I would have cancelled. Considering not all restrictions were in place the shower could, at least, have been operational. The creaking floorboards from the room above interrupted my sleep so didn't feel rested and that was the point of going away for a couple of nights. The shower in the room was leaking water out of the side onto the floor which defeated the purpose of a mat as it was soaking. However on the plus side the evening meal was tasty and breakfast had a good selection.

This hotel was brilliant, myself and my husband chose this hotel as it had a swimming pool and was dog friendly,we have 2 boys 6 and 8 ,the pool was a perfect size and not busy at all ,we stayed 2 nights with dinner on the first night and breakfast both mornings .

Really nice hotel, superb staff couldn't have been more helpful. Easy 10 min walk into main shops .Good spa facilities, had pool to myself as it was midweek and not high season. ( if swimming don't take valuables,as the lockers needed some attention) I'm sure thet will sort this as the rest of the hotel is clean and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely return.

We had a lovely stay here. Bedroom was fine, meals good but unfortunately didn’t have time to use the swimming pool and spa facilities. The staff were great - friendly, helpful, couldn’t do enough for us! We’ll certainly stay here when we’re in Inverness the next time.

We were very disappointed with the standard of this hotel which is in need of serious refurbishment to all areas including leisure areas don't let the photos fool you We were in room 110 which was very small and quite shabby with stains on carpet and base of bed which to be fair was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent but food at night was at best average Staff were excellent though and I really felt sorry for them working in such a run down hotel

Check in was good pleasant receptionist ,Room was clean but had no view the window looked into the rear wall of the main hotel about 7 feet away with an air source heat pump that came on at odd times and was noisy ,try not to get first floor room106 , The staff are all very pleasant and efficient ,we were on a diner bed and breakfast deal but to be honest the food is below standard and really needs improving I was not able to eat the main course of the special menu ,and the fish my wife had was not, in our opinion from the place described on the menu, but the freezer! The manager did provide us with a drink as compensation though . The hotel is dog friendly and they are allowed in the bar which is a big plus for us as we were able to relax with a drink with our dog beside us in the bar and not relegated to our room as is the case in other hotels .

This was our second time at the hotel. A very warm & friendly welcome awaits & lovely staff who can’t do enough for you. Hubby misplaced his phone & one of the girls serving the bar even made a phone call to one of the garden centres just in case it was left there. We ate at the hotel both nights & the service excellent & the food freshly cooked on piping hot plates. We will recommend the hotel to anyone.

We found the Graigmonie Hotel .Very friendly staff could not do enough for us and our wee dog.Very good value for money .And very good quality food and plenty of it .All in all could not find fault with anything .We can only say thank you for a lovely wee break .

On arrival at hotel check-in was very quick and friendly, Our room was standard very clean and warm bed very comfortable. Swimming pool was a bonus lovely and warm got this to ourselves quite a few times. Food was excellent both evening and breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and in general the hotel very comfortable. The shopping centre is five minute walk.

Lovely 2 night break, staff friendly, food and drink at dinner very overpriced ( £2.20 for a half pint of cola on tap,) and not great quality. Room was nice and clean, pool was great,. Would visit again

Had a lovely stay there and the food was excellent. The changing area in the ladies could have been better. Not much privacy due to the curtain not closing in the cubicle. Staff were very friendly.

We found all of the staff very friendly and helpful. They all worked together as a unit adapting to new ways of working following the re-opening after the pandemic. Every request was met with a "no problem" response and was acted upon without delay. We would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel in the future and can recommend it as a friendly place to stay.

Stayed here about 5 times now & our 1st time in one of the maisonettes. Good size maisonette for 2 nights with 2 young grandchildren. Overlooked the pool which was lovely, only downside was people in pool at 8am, very noisy if you want a lie in. Very good breakfast & evening meal. Staff are very welcoming & helpful. Some areas of maisonette need some TLC but didn’t spoil our stay. Understand why this may be something that will be done in the future due to business being very tough due to Covid.
