Nice hotel - stayed there before in the past. excellent breakfast. Offer included free bottle of Prosecco which never materialised. Was contacted by the hotel prior to stay to offer 50% discount for a Club Room and Club Lounge access, which I took up. Not worth the additional cost and the Club Lounge is a disaster area to be avoided. Small, cramped, hot, overcrowded.

Excellent hotel. Did not enjoy dinner as much as we would of liked too but breakfast was brilliant so would likely just go back on a bed and breakfast deal. Have scored food 10 for breakfast but if only scoring for dinner it would be a 6 or 7. Would definitely recommend upgrading to club rooms if the choice is given. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only issue was the executive club room which was far too small, went both nights we stayed and it was packed full of people and couldn’t really get a drink/food/seat and feel comfortable, not good when paying extra for it, was the only negative to our stay.

Lovely hotel, very clean room, friendly staff. The little extras like robe/slippers bottle of Prosecco really made our stay special. Food was lovely, definitely recommend paying extra for the club bar, well worth it.

I stayed in this Hotel on Saturday and I would definitely recommend this for everyone. The pool was great and the staff there were really accommodating and kept coming to make sure we were all ok and had had enough water to drink etc. The reception staff at the hotel really went above what they needed too and helped me make the night more special for my wife as this was a birthday gift. They accommodated us with a new room with a great view over the city. They then booked our table for us to have a meal and the delivery of the procecco to the room just topped it off. What a brilliant stay and great staff. We are already looking at coming back again. Highly recommended.

We have stayed at the crown plaza twice and we weren’t disappointed either time. It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff that can’t do enough for you. The breakfast is amazing and the beds so comfortable. The facilities really are great well worth a stay.

2nd time staying at this hotel we love it had an excellent time room wasn’t as nice as previous was still beautiful though. Staff are excellent and couldn’t do anymore to help so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely book again.

First time staying here. Lovely room and staff lovely and extremely helpful. Their smiles were infectious. Ordered a burger and chips for dinner and while the burger was lovely the chips were soft and lukewarm. Didn't expect this from a hotel of this standard. Felt alcohol was overpriced but probably is standard in the hotel trade I would definitely stay again though.

Stayed here in room 1211 as was attending a gig at the Hydro. Reception staff polite and efficient. Room clean and functional although bed and pillows extremely hard. Unfortunately maid came into room at 8.30am whilst I was still in bed. Breakfast staff efficient and the choice of breakfast items and quality was very good.

Great hotel. Stayed in many in Glasgow but this a good one. Bright open bar and restaurant. Rooms nicely furnished with little extras. Two dining options and prices reasonable. Didn't have time to try out the leisure facilities.

Fantastic hotel, I definitely want to go back!! The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was gorgeous and our room on the 15th floor was amazing esp the view over Glasgow.. The club lounge was brilliant and definitely worth paying the extra

Beautiful hotel, very large & in a great location for the hydro etc & not too far from the city centre. Also it was a great deal & we had a great breakfast the morning after. Would stay here again without question.
