A pleasant stay in comfortable surroundings. Had a lovely buzz about it with lots of people relaxing with coffees in the lounge on what was a miserable afternoon. Dinner and breakfast service was very good with professional staff. Food of a good quality and all tasty. Thank you to everyone who made our stay a chilled enjoyable one.

Nice hotel , friendly check in staff . Never had breakfast so can’t comment on that . Room very spacious Double King on the ground floor , the bath filled on about 10 seconds I’ve never seen water pressure like it lol . Fantastic deal £60 for the room for the night which included a bottle of Prosecco in the room .

Room was ok but had a better one the last time we visited. Beds were uncomfortable . Radiator in room made a banging noise when you turned it on. Breakfast was ok. Evening meal was excellent.

Had a great weekend we booked the wyles room large room great bath , leisure services great , food great , staff lovely and pleasant can fault this hotel ,definitely be back .

We were enjoying our stay until 2am when the fire alarm went off. Followed the fire exit signs which took us out to the back of the hotel. One of emergency lights was not working and it was quite dark without it do maybe the hotel could have a look at that. The alarm went off again about 3 am but only for about 30 seconds long enough to wake us up again. Hope they have got it sorted now!

Amazing hotel. Spotlessly clean. Fantastic staff but for me the highlight of my stay was the wonderful food. I have coeliac disease so need a gluten free diet and the hotel coped with my dietary requirements to perfection. I have never had such an amazing range of food before. Compliments to the chef. We will definitely be returning .
