Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. I am a vegetarian and a fussy one at that! The team went out of their way to accommodate me and created dishes that were not on the menu. The cleanliness was excellent. I am travelling again next month and will not consider another hotel to stay in. Overall, a wonderful, comfortable and lovely place to stay.

The staff were great, gave them feed back on the room and they acted there and then to fix it

The hotel is in a beautiful position. The staff are friendly and helpful. You couldn't really ask for them to be nicer. If you like a good cooked breakfast this is the place for you

myself and husband went on a over night stay as a present from our son and daughter-in -law. all staff were polite and friendly and house keeping went out of there way to help with anything that thy were ask

I love the old charm of the Fairfield house hotel. We arrived there late and yet, we were treated by smiling and courteous staff members. The room I was in was very nice with lots of old time charms. There is no way you will forget your key in you room (you have to use it to lock your door) . I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyed a wonderful overnight stay with cream tea on arrival. The limited voucher dinner menu had an excellent choice. Rooms were large and very comfortable.Service in the restaurant was first class both at dinner and breakfast.
