Lodges are great, but speed bumps needed on the road in front of them, some cars going to and from the other lodges driving a bit too fast. Collected take away food from the restaurant but when we got back to the lodge coleslaw was missing from burger and pouring cream missing from dessert, couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of phoning and going back up to restaurant as food would have gone cold, other than that, very good, won’t put us off going back.

We had a lovely overnight stay recently. A very nice welcome at reception, a lovely spotless and very comfortable room and a fantastic meal (steak pie) it was an x mas present overnight stay with dinner. Set in a nice quiet place with all the gorgeous horses around. All the staff we met could not do enough for us. This is indeed a hidden gem and we will without doubt be back. Breakfast so nice too with lovely a nice welcome. It would be the perfect start to a holiday with the airport not too far away. It was a great choice. We will return.

We had a excellent stay here this week really enjoyed a nice relaxing stay with such a great dbb deal. All staff very helpful and room very clean. Dinner was great and I especially appreciated proper sized glasses for breakfast juice as that is a rare thing to find in hotels! Can’t wait to return

One of the best DBB breaks we’ve ever had! Amazing restaurant, good selection at breakfast and a lovely room. Lovely to see some horses around the grounds too. Was very impressed and thankfully my aunt and uncle (who we were treating for their Diamond Wedding Anniversary) loved it just as much!

Extensive menu but not to everyone's taste eg it would be nice to have salmon - or chicken without it being marinated in 'hot' herbs but with a gentle flavoured sauce. Also, portions are over generous but I appreciate my view will probably be in the moinority in this respect. Also, in a double room, two chairs would be helpful but, on request, this was rectified immediately. Finally, the one thing missing is a residents lounge. However, these comments are what would make Ingliston more ideal for my wife and I but, having been there as a resident several times and also for many meals, I look forward to my next visit. I note from a previous review that my service score was -10 percent - this was obviously incorrect as it in no way gives my correct view.

Great from start to finish, reception staff and restaurant staff could not have been any better ? and very friendly, our meal was 100% and also the breakfast had a great selection. Great value for money We will definetly be back .

Beautiful rooms kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Nice and easy check in. The only fault was that the breakfast items were cold even though we were seated for 7.30 am I will pay a return visit

????? Had a fabulous stay , completely faultless. Room was amazing, food in the restaurant was beautiful, breakfast service was second to none and the grounds were lovely to explore. Nice hotel and room was lovely . Food in resturaunt was very nice too. I would have scored higher if resturaunt hadn't been so cold ....door were left open all night and cold wind was blowing right in .

Few minor issues with room, no batteries in tv remote, no shampoo or conditioner, hairdryer did not work. Batteries issue resolved at reception in evening but didn't know about others until came to use them the following morning. Service in restaurant very slow for drinks & food. Waited 45 minutes between starter & main course.

I had booked two rooms for myself and three friends. Rooms were ready for 1.30pm, which was great. Very impressed with rooms, views. Added touches such as bottle of wine and bottled water was lovely. Couldn’t fault either dinner or breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at the Ingliston Hotel. Staff was so friendly and we sat up on the balcony above reception with our complimentary bottle of wine watching the horses go by and even got a view of the river albeit with our coats on but it was dry. Dinner was excellent, again staff was really attentive. Room was nice and breakfast was again so nice. I would definitely recommend.great value for money.

Wow ?! What can I say definitely 10/10 for me. This was our first time here and it was fantastic , it was the best start to my 40th birthday ? celebration. From the check in staff, or room , the beauty treatment which I received to the evening meal . Everything was just perfect . We will definitely me back ?????(five stars )
