Myself and my husband had a great night here, location is outstanding beautiful views Rooma were basic but what do you expect for the absolutely amazing price. They were clean and beds comfortable. We didnt make it for breakfast the heads were to sore but would definitely go back again.

I had a fantastic couple of days in this hotel. I was in room 2 on the ground floor it was really nice and the views were amazing. I'll definitely be going back to this hotel ?. Staff were friendly and the Covid rules they had in place were perfect.?????

Lovely stay food amazing staff friendly nothing too much trouble. Pet friendly well lòoked after. Rooms clean all covid guidelines in place. We felt relaxed and refreshed will definitely be back and have recommended this to all family and freinds

Great location with friendly helpful staff. Spacious rooms although ensuite bathrooms small, added bonus is the bath. Food OK with prices on par with other tourist hotspots. Good covid precautions and social distancing.

Beautiful views across the loch and to the Cobbler. We were originally in room 101 but the shower was broken. Just one of those things. Got given the choice of 3 other rooms that had just been renovated on the ground floor. Unfortunately they were all twin rooms, however the staff were lovely when I opted for room three and pushed the beds together. Room 3 has amazing panoramic views and just been refurbished. Just pull back the curtains and enjoy. It's was unfortunate that the " Table d'hote" was not really to my taste but I gave the cod with hollandaise a go anyway. I should have opted for something else on the a la carte/ bar menu. This is totally my personal taste. My husband had the same and enjoyed. I did feel that the staff could have approached as is the norm to check everything was ok with the food. Other than this the staff were helpful, friendly, approachable and eager to please. We tried the new beer garden but couldn't work out how the heating went on and we weren't particularly bothered about sitting outside ( it was cold) so went to our room and had drinks there while watching the sunset over the loch and mountains. Due to current regulations and nothing the staff can do about this there's a bit of a surreal atmosphere. My husband and I are seasoned travellers and usually get chatting to people. Due to covid people tend to be keeping to themselves this is what feels a bit odd. I'd recommend taking a fleecy blanket, camping chairs and enjoy the sunset on the beach. Maybe with a cheeky wee dram. Great value for money. Staff gold stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay hotel staff were friendly, room was great with fantastic view of the loch . The food was amazing have already recommended the hotel to friends and family . We will definitely be back have to try to walk to the cobbler

The staff were very friendly and professional and the food was beautiful both at dinner and breakfast. On the downside the whole hotel apart from the restaurant smelled of wet dog. The rooms are basic and quite dated. On arrival I showed my pre-paid voucher but was told my room hadn't been paid for, only reserved. I told him that we had received it as a gift and it had been bought online and definitely paid for but he insisted we had to pay for the room. This mistake was partly due to the wording on the booking form I had printed off which does say that payment is taken at the hotel. I paid the charge but then contacted my daughter who sent me a screenshot of the payment she had made. When I returned to the desk he had been made aware by another member of staff that the voucher was indeed pre-paid. The money was refunded back to my card.

We had a very enjoyable stay, at the Arrochar Hotel. The rooms may be a little dated, but they're clean and comfortable. The bed was great, we slept very well, and the shower was good with plenty of . Large windows overlooked Loch Long, giving us a splendid view. The hotel's location is excellent. The food was excellent. A very nicely made full breakfast available in the morning, and the food in the restaurant was delicious in the evening. Prices were very reasonable, and the service was quick and friendly. We were very pleasantly surprised by Arrochar Hotel, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Myself and wife had an enjoyable two night stay at the arrochar hotel despite current restrictions in relation to COVID 19. The general cleanliness of the main body of the hotel was good and proper protocols were in place regarding social distancing, hand washing etc. However, our room was very outdated in relation to furniture and old room smell etc and it was rather off putting to find chewing gum stuck to the head board of our bed which was clearly visible on first inspection of the room. Nevertheless, for monies paid for our deal we cannot fault the service, food and staff and would stay here again if the same deal was available.

Can’t fault the food at this hotel we really enjoyed our dinner and breakfast and the view from the room was lovely, but the really uncomfortable bed spoiled our night away.

Lovely location food was very good rooms comfortable staff friendly and helpful only one little niggle went to order desert and another drink but told we could only have a drink with our main meal as we had finished we couldn't get another drink by barman understand you can't sit in the bar without food as it is the law but if still having food don't see the problem

Very friendly hotel , our room was a little dated but still comfortable and warm. We used the restaurant on both nights also with great service and nice food. We really enjoyed our stay which we used for hill walking and offered incredible value.

Great stay away. Beautiful area. Hotel is typical 3 star so no complaints. Staff were great, hotel clean and food was good. Breakfast was great! Will definitely go back and soon.

Worst stay that I have ever been to. Bteakfast chef plated breakfast up with fingers instead of tongs. Room had a view of 3 gas canisters. Bathroom window was frosted glass but when u came out of the bath or shower u could see the body shape of the person. And to top it off we ordered steak with peppercorn sauce and there was more whole peppercorns than sauce. I just wanted to come home. People were smoking cannibas outside my window too
