Used hotel as a base for 2 nights, the bedroom was average and the shower did not work - this was not a problem as there was plenty of hot water so I used the bath instead. As the hotel caters largely for coach parties the presentation of the food was dinner school like otherwise i would have been given it higher score. The staff are friendly and courteous.

This would have allowed me to check the room you were in and hopefully sort the problem that arose. Your comments on our food presentation are acknowledged however i would say that the food and the service are usually the most positive comments we receive from our guests. the view from the room was obscured by moisture in the double glazing the only other problem was with a cool shower the higher up the showerhead the cooler the shower became so I decided to have a bath and the cold water tap and shower cold water refused to work After getting my bath by use of filling the kettle with cold water 14 times I got dressed and told the receptionist who came up and managed to work all the taps !!!!!

My only adverse comment is the lack of a proper shower in room 152.The. Shower provided was hand held and you need to be less than 4 feet tall to use it as the ceiling above the bath was at an angle of about 45 degrees.Also there. Was no shower screen to prevent the water flooding the floor.
