Room was okay nice and bright and clean. Bit like being in the attic. An upgrade would have been nice especially as hotel was not full. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

We've just returned from a lovely family get together. The younger generations stayed in a lodge and the older ones in the Hydro. It was just lovely!

Stayed for two nights, the evening meals lovely,but they need to look at the temperatures of the breakfast as both mornings food was quite cold and not very well cooked,eg very greasy potato scones . This is our third visit in three months and this time we went with friends who I know weren't impressed with the breakfast.

Lovely stay, dinning room very busy at 7.30 pm, had a long wait for waiter to take food order (30min) however service improved thereafter. Food good, loads of facilities /entertainment. ? Great for families. Beautiful location, walks mainly hilly.

This is quite simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are excellent, the food is wonderful and the staff are the most professional & friendly I have ever come across. My wife & I try to stay once or twice a year on special occasions ie birthdays & anniversaries and we are never disappointed. I regularly tell friends & family about classic Britain & in particuar Crieff Hydro. NB The Victorian Spa really is the crowning glory - it is paradise !!

The hotel is a bit tired in the hallways upstairs, carpets and floors uneven, the paintwork could do with attention. The bathroom in the bedroom was very nice, but the furniture was also a bit tired, although the bed was very clean and comfortable. Reception and staff were very helpful. Brasserie restaurant was nice, Meikle could do with new tables and chair coverings. Overall needs a bit of money spent on it, but we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was first class. I would say it was a great family hotel we would return with the grandchildren as there is so much for them to do. I booked this two day trip for a birthday present for my partner I had stated when I booked, that it was his birthday was hoping for an upgrade to our room but we didn't get, one. One of the reasons we book with classic britain is the possibility of getting an upgrade which is a nice bonus if it happens I have only had this once. Overall we had a lovely couple of days and would definitely return. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was any trouble.

Fabulous stay at Crieff Hydro. We were upgraded to an executive room, staff were all so professional and friendly room beautiful, food great and plenty to do. We will certainly be back.

It is a pity Crieff Hydro doesn't take on board instructions from Classic Britain. We booked 1 night then a week or 2 later we booked a second night.The instructions were to make sure we were in the same room for 2 nights. We had t check in then check out then check in again. We were "upgraded" to a family room. The room was directly opposite the lift, there was a huge gap below the door adjoining the room next door and we could hear everything going on there. Not very satisfactory for a hotel of Crieff's standard.

Really enjoyed our stay this time. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The food was much better than on a previous visit (some 2 years ago). All in all it was a good relaxing break and we would happlily return in future.
