Nice modern Hotel looks like a recent refurbishment in the front of house areas. We arrived early sat in the bar area for a coffee, nice friendly service. The reception,bar, restaurant and especially the reception toilets all very clean, housekeeping at front of house exceptional. Rooms are large, decor OK, however the showers are difficult to operate, good idea to have some instructions - laminated of course with covid regulations. if you turn anti clockwise all good! Dinner and breakfast hot and tasty, nice friendly service and of course a free bottle of wine in your room.. would return

Couldn’t fault the hotel at all quick and easy check in and out following all covid regulations staf very welcoming the cleaners couldn’t have been any nicer very polite and helpful Dinner and breakfast were lovely room was lovely and clean

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The food was lovely, the staff were very friendly. There is a lovely terrace to sit out in the nice weather. The public areas were very modern and so clean. The toilets are lovely. Our friends room was a wheelchair accessible one and was very modern and new. Our room upstairs had been refurbished somewhatbut a bit dated, hence the 9 score. Very, very clean.

Beautiful hotel. Reception and lounge areas are very high standard and the restaurant is lovely. Our 2nd visit to this hotel. A short 20 minute stroll from irvine Town centre

Lovely hotel, food was excellent. The staff were really friendly, nothing too much bother for them. Nice terrace at the back of the hotel to sit and enjoy the sun and a few drinks. Would definitely stay again

We had a good stay only downside was breakfast it was a bit of a Shambles. Shortage of ice buckets for wine in room but they managed to find a plastic tub which did the job.

Very nice hotel & staff are very helpful only downfall I’d say is a lack of vending machines in reception or somewhere else to allow you to purchase bottles of water or juice as the local shops are a 10/15 walk away

Public areas are lovely, rooms very tired. Service in bar and restaurant very poor, although the food was very good. It was very resonably priced for the 2 night break but will not be returning.

3rd visit to the Riverside another fantastic trip had by myself husband and our 2 friends all the staff are just amazing and so friendly cannot wait to return with more friends. I should be on commission !! special shout out oor Rachel Jay Katie Scott Liz Lisa Catherine and every1 else whose name i did'nt get! We got an upgrade which was very much appreciated. One wee thing 2nd day no cereal provided but heh ho P.S. oor wee pooch Azina appreciated her sausages from John. See you again soon DEFO recommend this hotel we absolutley LOVE it. Lovely stay. Hotel is beautifully designed, nice on the eye and very pleasant to stay in. Been many times and will no doubt continue to do so.

Had a super overnight stay at the Riverside Lodge. Booked the bed, breakfast & evening meal deal which also included a bottle of wine in the room. Hotel has been decorated to a high standard and has a very new and modern fresh feel. Only thing which hasn’t been replaced is the bedroom furniture. Nice selection of food in the restaurant and good breakfast. Superb value for money and would definitely recommend. The hotel staff were all lovely and very helpful.
