Great overnight stay on the DB&B deal, room was clean bar and restaurant are done to a high standard , dinner was great with plenty choice on the menu as was breakfast, will definitely return

We did stay in the Riverside Lodge Hotel on the 28th March 2022 .It looked clean enough but stains in the mattress & carpet rust stains around the bath taps. People leaving dogs dirt on the decking and still there in the morning.

Beautiful hotel reception and restaurant/bar area really lovely Upgraded room on ground floor was really nice beds comfortable and exceptionally clean Food was lovely tho I felt quite limited on first night Mother’s Day menu would have much preferred full menu Breakfast each morning was perfect full English cereals fruit pastries something to suit everyone All staff were so lovely from check in/reception to bar & restaurant staff & cleaners always very polite and chatted away. Second visit will definitely return.

Stayed for 1 nights DBB, room was fantastic and very large , with 2 double beds had a wee hiccup with booking at dinner but not an issue as staff sorted it , meal was delicious , breakfast was great . Will definitely be back . Was good to get away and relax

Another enjoyable visit, this time for a Dinner Dance event. Food was lovely as expected, entertainment was good ( though the drummer could ease off a little, sorry son). Could have been a little quicker with serving the food too... Breakfast was busy with the inevitable queues and running out of things but still had a lovely stay and would defo go back!

Both my husband and I had a great night staying at the Riverside Lodge Hotel great value for money. We were lucky enough to upgrade to the dinner dance and had a fantastic time I have already booked to go back in June.

Nice hotel lounge area has the wow factor staff excellent. The room was very nice had a great night's sleep but the shower was in the bath. Now for the restaurant side of things same dinner menu for our 3 night's that we stayed with the same soup on all 3 nights but the biggest let down was the breakfast lukewarm food. On one morning there was no eggs you pay for breakfast but this side of things really let this hotel down. I feel if they get the breakfast sorted this could be a first class hotel.

Brilliant nights entertainment at the Riverside. Food, staff and service excellent. Well worth the money will definitely do it again. We'll done Riverside hotel.

Excellent stay, great value for money, friendly staff. Dinner was excellent. Breakfast was not as good but still great value for money. Cannot wait to return to this little gem.
