Nice hotel, food lovely, wifi in bedrooms.was down so that was a big disappointment,no partial refund or free drink or anything offered

From the outset we were made to feel welcome. When we discovered there was no lift and my sister in law has mobility problems we were immediately given an up grade to ground level garden rooms.

HAD ANOTHER GREAT STAY AT THE RIVERSIDE LODGE ITS CLEAR TO SEE WHY THIS IS A 4 STAR HOTEL FROM THE BAR STAFF/RECEPTION/CLEANERS AND ANYONE ELSE IVE MISSED SUPERB GO TO THIS HOTEL YOU WONT BE DISSAPOINTED

12th visit here, Love this hotel,can not fault in any way, Food morning and evening is exceptional.. staff great !! Located close to town ( 15 min walk.£5 taxi ) ps shout out for Harbour Lights pub/restaurant w/end entertainment !! We will defo return soon !!!!! 10/10 !!!

Had a lovely stay. Room was spotless. Food was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the coffee and cake deal and our wine on arrival was lovely too. We have booked another stay already for March (tribute night) we have recommended hotel to family and friends who have also booked. This was my 3rd time staying at the hotel.

We have used this hotel on many occasions and once again have not been disappointed, rooms lovely, food amazing and staff friendly and curtious. This hotel is a hidden gem in Irvine and would highly recommend.

Stayed here many times great value.only issue this time was waited nearly hour for started and also ordered another round of drinks which didn't arrive . never had these issues before . breakfast has a good selection.wont stop me booking again

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel with 4 friends for two nights. We all had a great time, the Hotel is spotless and staff where excellent. Will most definately return.

Hotel was amazing, modern and spacious. the staff were very friendly and service was great, from check in, bar and restaurant. The food was so good after our starter and main course we didn't have room for pudding. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you
