We have stayed here many times, never disappointed, food excellent rooms lovely and comfortable, staff very nice.

The room we were given had a broke handle on the drawers, there was no hair dryer and a massive stain on the carpet floor. The option for dinner was poor, and the quality of food at breakfast time wasn't great either. The hotel staff at the front desk were very helpful beside this.

Great overnight away- Bottle of wine in room is a nice touch. Food in restaurant was tasty and reasonable choice available. Well stocked gantry and bar prices as expected. Comfortable room.

Stayed here a few times now, as always staff friendly, room was upgraded, very spacious and well maintained. Meals in restaurant very enjoyable, especially breakfast! Well placed for Ayr, Prestwick and even Glasgow. We have already booked again.

Entrance, lounge bar and restaurant all excellent along with staff and food. Bedroom and bathroom in need of some refurbishment. On one of the nights our sleep was disrupted by noise and loud music from another bedroom at 1am. Enjoyed the stay.

Bed room door wouldn't lock and had to move to another room at 12 at night hotel was very busy due to a wedding next room had dirty stuff in bins and bath had hair all over it normally love this place but left very tired and disheartened

The room was for 3 adults sharing yet there was only 2 of everything eg cups, glasses (different sizes). This was not a big issues for ourselves but may irritate others. We loved our stay, great hotel, great food, well decorated and comfortable. Incredible value for money and will definitely return. Thank you

The only things that would improve the room would be a bedside cabinet and lamp at both sides of bed and towel rail or additional hooks in bathroom

Easy checkin, staff on reception really helpful. large room with everything you need. Good quality evening meal with something for everyone. Breakfast had various options.bacon and eggs not replaced regularly and had to wait until more were ready. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Will definitely be back

Unfortunately the rooms need updating and the mattresses replaced. I had a room with 3 beds that the springs had gone and the mattresses visibly dented. We were able to change room but unable to sleep as the beds appeared okay but not comfortable at all. Positive is that staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice and staff replenishing things as they ran out. Dinner was okay but the deal or alternative meals from main menu needs to be clearer. I am disappointed with this stay as it was a surprise for my partner who never slept at all. I think the hotel needs to update the rooms invest in new mattresses and charge a higher rate. The deal is a good price but not worth it due to lack of sleep in my opinion.

Great hotel as handy for Prestwick and Glasgow airports. Also close to visit Troon and Prestwick. Comfortable room and great food. All the staff are mainly young with great personalities, enthusiasm and very professional. It was a joy to see how they worked together in such a very busy environment. Will definitely return.

Room was somewhat dated but clean and tidy at the same time, bed (double only) definitely needs updated as the mattress was quite lumpy and generally uncomfortable. Food was enjoyable and tasty. Drinks reasonably priced too.
