Very nice Hotel. Lovely rooms. Really enjoyed the swimming pool with the loungers, sauna &steam room. The staff were very pleasant .

Stay was fine only 1 blip,that was when we went for dinner on sat night we ordered meals and drinks but never received them for over 1hr,other people came after us and were served and finished eating before we were served....apart from that incident everything was fine

Nice welcome at reception, room nice and warm, no noise, ate in restaurant on first night, good service and a very nice meal, good choice of items at buffet breakfast, food nice and hot and plenty of different items, had a few drinks in bar not overly priced and staff were excellent, would definitely return.

Lovely clean hotel which we have stayed at many times but it's been re decorated since last time we stayed. Breakfast was fantastic but Disappointed with service in restaurant for evening meal. LONG wait for food and it sadly was cold when we got it. Unsure if this was due to lack of waiting staff or kitchen staff. Would definately stay again but unsure if would order evening meal

very enjoyable stay. lovely clean room with comfortable bed. staff very attentive and friendly, nothing was any bother to them. Breakfast nice though a bit on the cool side but this was down to the bain maries being kept warm by candles. Dinner on our first night was excellent very filling disappointed that we could not mange dessert due to being full. Also the cookie that we received on arrival was delicious and certainly filled a hol;e until it was time to eat.

Booked a superior room but this I would say was not, it was on the ground floor no views apart from straight onto cars in the car park. Yes separate couch which was a fold down bed, room reasonably spacious, however, glad we were only staying 2 nights very little storage space only hanging up space drawers very small. Old hotel and noisy in corridors lots of kids noise and adults going to and from rooms. Main Bar Lounge furniture tired. Breakfast o.k. buffet style but typically food cold once you put onto plates but good selections overall. Main meal good.

Beautiful hotel, lovely room, friendly and efficient staff and wonderful food. Radiator in room was not working very well but warm cosy bed meant that this wasn't a problem. Had best nights sleep in months.

This is an odd hotel in some ways. The rooms are modern and nicely decorated but were cold due to poor heating system (although upper floor rooms may have been warmer?). We upgraded from a small 'standard' room to a larger room with a sofa and better equipped bathroom. The hotel has nice leisure facilities and the food was well portioned and good - although I doubt you could get three courses for the DBB allowance. The best things about this hotel were the general decor and the staff. All of the staff we met were pleasant, courteous and helpful.

Room was adequate but had a damp odour smell and had what looked like damp patches on ceiling. Bed was comfortable. Service was excellent and food very good.Good selection at breakfast.
