We had a wonderful night away. Beautiful setting, luxurious room and fabulous food. The bed was huge and comfortable with amazing pillows. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were an extra treat and all included in the price. We are booking up to go back soon.

Lovely stay the renovation to rooms and hotel is lovely. Had out dinner and breakfast included which was good food, quick service and great prices. Nice secluded hotel will be lovely to return in summer.

Beautiful Hotel well worth the money couldn't fault it.. we stayed in a new refurbished room it was luxury. Also included in the price was a chilled bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival .Breakfast and evening meal superb .. The staff could not do enough for us will definitely be returning ..will be recommending to my friends fantastic

A safe would be a useful addition to the room. A better kettle in the room would be better than a coffee machine. Lower the rails in the refurbished cupboards as a smaller person cant reach them. Fried eggs at breakfast should be a standard option. The jacuzzi in the leisure centre had covers missing from the vents , a health and safety issue. Having said these points we will would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic value for money if you get a good deal - food was excellent as was the service at dinner. The rooms whilst seemingly recently refurbished are looking shabby, and the shower was possibly the most stupidly designed I've ever seen!!

Had a lovely stay and would go back. Although the room we were in didn't look to be refurbished yet, it was great. Can't wait to return and see the hotel when it's finished. Well done to all the staff and work men who were very discrete when working.

The recent refurbishment has made this hotel very presentable. The staff were ALL first class, both friendly and professional. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent and well presented. A definate thumbs up from us! ?

We had a great 2-night stay at the Derwent Manor Hotel with my wife and two children (aged 6 and 5). The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed, though it was one of the older rooms that was about to be refurbished. The staff at the hotel were lovely and welcoming, and in the restaurant were also friendly and helpful. We had a Dinner Bed & Breakfast deal on 2 nights for the price of 1, which was outstanding value for what we got. The food was very tasty, with good choices from the Table de Haute menu and the kids' menu. The setting of the hotel is lovely, and it was easy to find. We had two trips to the swimming pool too with the kids - they loved it. A great place to get away for a couple of days.

What a fantastic hotel, Great Food, Lovely Room, Staff were all very helpful, A special word for Michelle=She was hilarious. Very Very good value for money. We will pass this all on to our Family and Friends. At 99.50 for 2 nights DBB then the third night Bed and Breakfast was a great find, As I said earlier the food was that good we ate in the hotel on our third night also.

We stayed for 2 nights had a great time staff were excellent. Our room was a bit dated but huge and clean,2 double beds. Had dinner both nights food very good especially the Seabass. Only downside breakfast second morning coffee was cold Second pot was fine. 3 of our party ordered 2 boiled eggs with toast fingers as per menu, only got 1 each waitress quickly ordered more but when they came they were under cooked.
