Lovely hotel well situated. Bedroom great, pity about the over bath shower not ideal for washing hair of ladies who have lots. Service was excellent at reception, bar and dining, pity about housekeeping. Our score would have been 10/10 apart for this. Meals were good but could have been better. Overall you have a great hotel and the staff were brilliant, We wiil visit the Winnock Hotel again.

Booked a thoroughly entertaining murder mystery weekend at the Winnock Hotel. While the bedroom was a little on the small side, it was modern, clean, tidy and very comfortable. My only slight critisism was my order being forgotten about at breakfast but other than that, the staff and food were teriffic. I will almost certainly be back again, probably for another murder mystery.

A very enjoyable stay, murder mystery night was good fun. Hotel was clean, rooms are nice, and our room was nice and roomy, only thing i would say is perhaps it could do with a coat of paint, but i would certainly go back there again.

We had a lovely stay from start to finish. Receptionist was very friendly, and handled her job well after dealing with an awkward customer. We will definately go back. We only had breakfast in the hotel which was lovely.

A most enjoyable 3 day break in a lovely hotel in a beautiful area. I would certainly recommend the hotel to others. The accommodation was comfortable and roomy, the staff helpful and the breakfast and dinner both very good. We had an excellent value 3 day stay with Classic Britain. There is lots to do in the area with beautiful walks along the side of Loch Lomond.

bathroom had no hot water reported it but still could not get enough for a bath shower head and hose dirty the upgraded room did not happen the quality of the meals were however excellent

Booked the break for my parents Xmas . They had a fantastic time, staff so helpful, room great, food as always lovely. They love this hotel and this time I booked with the drinks package which was a great option. They have stayed at the winnock several times and will be staying again!

Had two nice visits food terrific,plenty of it and very reasonable,lovely welcoming open fire in the front area lounge.My wife and I would have gone back this year if it had been on offer in Classic Britain.

Travelled with four couples and had a fabulous stay. Arrived early for check in but this was not a problem, room was excellent, staff extremely helpful. We ate in the bar and the food was very tasty as was breakfast the next morning. Look forward to visiting again

I had a great stay at the Winnock Hotel. We had a family room which was nice and big. The only complaint would be that the shower is a bit low I'm 5ft 7 and had to crouch to wash my hair. We ate in the bar and the combo platter starter was delicious and was that big the 2 of us didn't need anything else after it. The staff are all really friendly particularly the bar staff who help create a great atmosphere in the bar. We both can't wait to go back again.
