Lovely clean room in a very pleasant hotel set in beautiful gardens close to the centre of town. Friendly, helpful professional staff and very good food in the restaurant. Would happily recommend to others.

We had 2 great nights , the food was really good we ate in the bistro on both nights (not to posh) just proper good food, the staff were great and all locals.and the room was really quiet apart from some dipstick banging about on one night there's always one would definitely go back again.

Our eighth time at this hotel which tells all.must be one of the best for "my hotel break"we have never found anything to find fault with yet.excellent standard in everything and it never varies.. Must be the best breakfast anywhere and it's cooked , none of this semi hot buffets you get in most places now adays.

This was the first time we had stayed here, we got a lovely welcome from reception and much to our delight and surprise, they gave us a free upgrade to a deluxe room. The room itself was lovely with plentiful tea, coffee and shortbread. It was extremely quiet apart from a noisy person next door being rather inconsiderate when closing the door to his room.However, this was not in any way a bad reflection on the hotel, we had NO complaints about the hotel or the lovely staff, they went out of their way to be friendly and polite and made such a fuss of our dog every time we passed through reception.The food in Sam's Bistro was excellent too,a very varied menu with plenty to choose from, and the portions were huge,well done everyone!

Enjoyed our weekend at Pitbauchlie House Hotel. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Food was first class and the service was excellent. We were well looked after by Ian at breakfast time. Staff were very helpful and friendly - would definitely revisit.

Just had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Pitbauchlie house hotel. Very welcoming at Reception for check in , and very helpful staff throughout our stay during dinning in the evening / bar staff / waiting staff at breakfast. Room was large and spotless, credit to housekeeping. Would gladly recommend and book again.

I enjoyed a very comfortable stay at Pitbauchlie House Hotel. As I arrived late, it was great that dinner was served up till 9.30pm, I wish other Hotels would take note. Service and food was first class. The friendly reception and restaurant/bar staff are excellent. I stay in many Hotels through my work and would not hesitate in recommending this Hotel. I'll certainly be back.

Receptionist very pleasant and helpful, bedroom adequate and beds very comfortable. Food in bistro good. Unfortunately due to a family bereavement we had to miss out on breakfast, maybe next time.
