Only thing that I found frustrating was that there was nowhere in the bedroom to hang a wet coat. Only the built-in cupboard that you have as a wardrobe.

Excellent service and really good quality, rooms were both comfortable and well equipped. Meals were very good with really good choices I would give this venue a 10 out of 10.

A thoroughly enjoyable stay at the Rob Roy Hotel. The food was lovely. The best self service breakfast we have ever tasted. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was a bit too warm though but at least you could open the window. All the staff were extremely friendly. Will look forward to our next visit

Our time away at The Rob Roy Hotel was first class in every respect. We tagged on an extra 2 nights which included a tribute night. Accommodation first class (everywhere spotlessly clean) and plenty of for a shower also the room temperature could be anything that one would require. The quality of the food was excellent and a good selection on the menu. Breakfast was again first class with everything that one would wish for. We will certainly be back in the near future. Staff exceptionally friendly. 10 out of 10 for everything.

Lovely stay at the Rob Roy. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Staff are very helpful. Had a bit of a problem in the first night as we all went into the diningroom. My father is in a wheelchair so I hd asked for a table with plenty of room. After agreeing to sort this out the manager moved some guest to another table to fit us in. After finally settling into our table the manager asked us are u with the coach trip to which we replied no. We were then moved to another dining room. This could have been avoided if a sign was put up saying coach trip dining or indeed if we were asked by the. Manager before sitting down.

Nice clean large room for our 2 night stay with dinner & breakfast. Choice of hot breakfast was very good & evening meal, staff very helpful. Have stayed in hotel before & would again. Hotel is dog friendly which we have no problem wittil 2 very noisy dogs disturbed our quite drink in the bar, dogs should be under control by owners! Outside guttering needs repaired as heavy rain during the night made for a lot of noise from overflowing gutters.

We have visited the Rob Roy on various occasions and find it good value for money and we always find the staff very helpful and courteous. Threre was entertainment in the hotel on one of the two nights on our last visit which was unexpected so really nice. This was arelaxing break for us however there are good walks within a short distance and lots of tourist sites to visit, which we do on a regular basis so best of both worlds. Thoroughly recommend hotel and will be back.

Really enjoyable time here.Room smallish but perfectly adequate. Water pressure in shower was low but you can't have everything. Attached bottle of soap by the sink but nothing in the shower. Asked maid but she said there was none left in the store cupboard but receptionist gave us one.

Great two days spent with friends at the Rob Roy Hotel. Have visited this hotel a few times now and have never been disappointed. Good food and lovely staff. This was great value for money by My Hotel Breaks and will definitely stay here again.

Room was ready upon arrival and was spotless, great shower and plenty coffee and tea provided with the kettle. Booked for breakfast and dinner and the food was excellent, dinner menu different each night with great choices and the service was fab. Will visit again as we both enjoyed our break, well done Rob Roy Hotel ????

This is our second visit to the Rob Roy and we will be back, rooms spotless and of a decent size, excellent location for dog walking as the old train line lies next to the hotel and is now a walkway. The food was really good and plenty of it, the choice of having your food in the restaurant or bar is great for pet owners, we chose the bar and our table was set out lovely, staff were great and very helpful, looking forward to our next visit.

Had a super break at the rob Roy hotel. Lovely large bedroom no 65 with the most comfortable bed and pillows x. Very pleasant and helpful staff nothing was too much bother for them. From Welcoming reception staff to the waiters especially Melissa who went all out to ask the chef if he could provide something different to what was on the dinner menu that night and he kindly made me a cheese salad. Definitely good value for money and will certainly be back
