Everything about our stay in the hotel was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and clean with great views over the countryside. We had our evening meal in the Palamino restaurant. The restaurant was very nice and the staff were great. Food portions were ample. Couldn’t fault anything.

Rooms were great.really clean and comfy and meal in restuarant was excellent couldn't fault. The breakfast in the main hotel let this hotel down ,dirty plates lying on tables for the whole time we were in for breakfast .There was ody keeping an eye on what needed replenished in buffet style breakfast .Ran out of fried eggs and guest had to ask for more abd ended up putting his breakfast back as was cold by time eggs came out.The waitresses were very friendly but too busy in conversation with themselves to worry about the guests . This will not put us off staying again.

My first time staying at this hotel and it won't be my last. Corridors and rooms were spotless. It's in a beautiful setting with lovely views of the river Clyde.

Won’t go back. Room windows filthy, bottle of wine in room had a cork in it and no bottle opener. Tried phoning reception but phone wouldn’t work. Had to send my dinner back pizza burned black on the bottom and prawn pasta was find the prawn. Bought a bottle of wine with dinner and paid for it at the time but as i checked out in the morning wanted to charge me again. I showed my bank statement showing the charge and was still doubted. Awful behaviour to a customer paying a lot of money.

Stay was lovely our view from our room over looking the horses in the field which nice to watch only thing that spoiled it was the buffet breakfast which was under cooked and cold very disappointing .

Lovely room overlooking the horses. Food in the restaurant was lovely and staff very friendly. The place overall seemed very clean with a nice breakfast in the morning. It is very out the way and there is no separate bar except for inside the restaurant so come prepared!! We were on a DBB deal with a bottle of wine in the room, however due to have no cork screw we couldn’t open it but nice to bring home. A very relaxing break would definitely return!

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Very clean. Staff friendly. Great service. A little disappointed as I thought I had booked this deal with a 2 course dinner but was presented with a voucher for a set amount of £21.95 each!! Although we did have 2 courses, this left us to have extra money to pay towards our final bill!!!

My son & girlfriend were here on the above dates they have been before. They said they had a wonderful time and the food was excellent couldn't fault anything. I got this as part of his birthday as he turns 21 on the 29th March but no doubt they will be back at some point. They always said the staff were great and helpful.

Lovely setting and decor. Hotel is described as "boutique" though its a somewhat soulless two corridors of rooms (upstairs and downstairs). The ground floor leads along to a lovely, bright and airy breakfast room with nice views out to the arena. Breakfast choices are plentiful and staff were friendly though not at all pushed as it's all self-service. Palominos restaurant has lovely decor, a cosy ambience and friendly staff, Amy in particular was a pleasure to deal with. I know from previous visits to this restaurant that the menu has recently changed. Indeed, on my last visit I was disappointed by my meal but put it down to a blip as it was within 24hrs of the changeover. Sadly the quality of the food this time around hadnt improved. My katsu chicken WAS pleasant enough but the burger was dried out and either overcooked or reheated. The dessert of sticky toffee pudding was tasteless & bland. The room itself had dust on the side lamp bases and on the toilet roll holder, the carpets look like they could do with a clean, tho had been hoovered. The bed was two mattresses pushed together so not all that comfortable. ... just expected better from an establishment that claims the calibre it does in its literature. Have also recently stayed with the xxxxxx and would say the rooms were spotless with super comfortable mattresses/bedding, I "expected" Ingliston would be in a league above. That said it was decent I suppose for the deal price paid.

This was sold as an overnight DBB with a bottle of wine on arrival in your room. Excellent deal apart fromv2 things. Firstly the bottle of wine is Reisling which I did not think still existed (ghastly), and the 2 course meal is a £21.95 pp towards the meal. The cost however does not really cover the 2 courses as the mains are fairly expensive.

Rooms were nice enough with view of the paddock. Dinner was good staff friendly in restaurant. Hot Breakfast was dry think heaters set to too high a temperature, fruit was fresh. Not much to do after dinner as no separate bar area and have to travel between buildings for dinner so felt a tad disjointed Reception staff were purely transactional with their interactions so didn’t feel like a particularly friendly hotel. But still a decent deal.
